Upon being invited to a Russian-themed house party (vodka, caviar, more vodka, blinis, vodka, stroganoff, and a little more vodka), I set to the task of finding an appropriate cocktail.
On googling ‘Russian cocktails’ it would on first glance seem that your only options are the White Russian and, well, neat vodka. I eventually found this fruity little recipe and gave it a try.
Use as much simple syrup as required to counter the bitterness from the Campari. Definitely one to taste before serving to get the right balance.
