Good tequila is essential. Promise me you won’t make this with Jose Cuervo...


Nothing puts you into ‘party mode’ faster than a well-made margarita.


Variations include the Paloma (white grapefruit juice instead of lime - standard in Mexico), or push the boat out and go for a spicy Tabasco Margarita.

The Marvellous Method


Frozen

Add all ingredients to a blender. Add ice and blend until just mixed. Pour into a chilled martini glass.


On the rocks

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.  Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glasses.


Garnish with orange peel.
