Crabbie Daiquiri
 

This recipe takes the intense flavour of the Tiki Daiquiri, and mellows it with ginger beer.


Alcoholic ginger beer is enjoying somewhat of a renaissance at the moment, and this concoction was originally created with Crabbies Ginger Beer, hence the name.

Ingredients


  1. •½ msr Fresh Lime Juice

  2. •½ msr Pimento Dram

  3. •1¼ msr Gold Rum

  4. •½ tsp Simple Syrup

  5. •(Alcoholic) Ginger beer


The Marvellous Method


Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a tall glass. 


Top up with ginger beer and garnish with a twist of lemon.
