Bloodhound
 

Another fine drink from the Hawksmoor menu, the Bloodhound is essentially a sweet martini, with raspberries added to soften the overall finish. 


Still deceptively strong though. 

Ingredients


  1. •6       Raspberries

  2. •1 msr Sweet Vermouth

  3. •1 msr Dry Vermouth

  4. •2 msr Gin


The Marvellous Method


Muddle the raspberries in a shaker. Add the other ingredients and shake over ice. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass


Serve with a floated raspberry in the glass.
