Uffington Iced Tea
 

A twist on the Long Island Iced Tea that pays homage to the little village where it all began.


Clearly I’m biased, but I do like this drink.  It’s a clean and smooth tipple with just the right hint of sweetness.


I’m not likely to link a shitty cocktail with my spiritual homeland so you can trust me on this one.

The Marvellous Method


Add ingredients to a tumbler with ice. Stir and garnish with a cocktail cherry (else the drink can look a little dull).


You’ll probably want to have a tea strainer to hand for the coconut water - there tends to be little shavings of the coconut flesh which distract from the presentation.
