This was one of the drinks which got me into making cocktails and it is still one of my favourites. My first, bought for me by a friend in Soho still lives in the memory.
A light, soft and clean drink which you can down all night. Sadly I still struggle with the garnish and I usually eat it before it gets anywhere near the drink.
