Fizzy Pants
 

The genesis for this came from a cocktail I saw in a bar off Victoria Street.


The bar in question used champagne, but I’m using elderflower to soften the drink a little.


We have yet to try it with champagne. (Do you think we’re made of money!)

Ingredients


  1. •1½ msr

  2. •1 msr   

  3. •½ msr  

  4. •2½ msr

The Marvellous Method


Add ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir.


(Don’t shake, else the sparkling elderflower will go everywhere).


Once stirred, pour into a martini glass.
