Effectively this is a gin version of the Dark and Stormy which I personally prefer, but this is a nice cocktail.


If you don’t add the sugar syrup or the bitters then it is known as a ‘Shady Grove Cooler’.

Add to a highball filled with ice and garnish with a spiral of lemon.
